Tennessee Lottery Scholarship
The HOPE scholarship is funded by the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) Program. Students must meet certain requirements determined by the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC) in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
ROTC Scholarships
The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is a group of college and university-based officer training programs for training commissioned officers of the United States Armed Forces. In exchange for a paid college education and a guaranteed post-college career, cadets commit to serve in the Military after graduation.
Non-Institutional Scholarships
There are many outside scholarships available to Belmont students. Click on the "General Scholarship" button below to see lists of, and links to, these scholarships.
Many outside scholarship opportunities are not specifically listed on this site. Students may receive scholarships from national organizations as well as community based organizations in their home area. These groups may include labor unions, professional associations, churches, local businesses, high school scholastic clubs, and various civic organizations such as Elks, Lions Club, Rotary and YMCA just to name a few. Many students receive tuition assistance from their parents' or their own employers. High school guidance counselors can be a good source for locating scholarship opportunities in your community.
If you are the recipient of an outside scholarship you will need to submit the Outside Scholarship Report Form.
