Biography
Pat Whitworth, III, MD, is a graduate of Tulane University and Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Duke University Medical Center. He then served as an assistant professor of Clinical Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University before joining the faculty at Belmont University’s Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine as a clinician educator. At Belmont, he provides instruction in anatomy, radiology, case-based learning, and simulation. Dr. Whitworth is a board-certified radiologist with over a decade of experience teaching medical students and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Abdominal Radiology, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
