Biography
Meegan Lambert, OTD, OTR/L, LMT, serves as the Doctoral Capstone Coordinator and Assistant Professor, teaching both in the MSOT and OTD programs. Dr. Lambert earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree at Pacific University. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion at Purdue University. She is also a licensed massage therapist (LMT), certified lymphedema therapist (CLT), certified brain injury specialist (CBIS), and LSVT-BIG certified. She has 13 years of clinical experience in a variety of adult and geriatric treatment settings, including SNF, long-term acute care, assisted living, adult day programming, inpatient rehab, acute care, and home health. As a traveling Occupational Therapist, she has worked in Illinois, Arkansas, Texas, and Florida.
Meegan’s professional interests include recruiting and retaining underrepresented persons in the OT profession, entrepreneurship in OT, integrative medicine, and productive aging. Meegan enjoys painting, road trips, creating vision boards, and DIY home improvement projects outside of work.
