Biography
Lawrence (Larry) B. Stack, MD attended Oral Roberts University School of Medicine prior to completing an Emergency Medicine Residency at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Stack has been involved in medical student, resident and fellow training in Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine for 33 years. His academic interests include clinical photography, diagnostic imaging, emergency ophthalmology, emergency airway management. He has co-authored The Atlas of Emergency Medicine, The Atlas of Emergency Radiology, and The Handbook of Medical Photography. He enjoys aviation, woodworking, clay sports, steel and concrete. Larry and his wife, Venette, attend Community Bible Church in South Nashville. They have 3 children, Laura Reid (Adam), Andy, and Emily.
