Biography

Dr. Jinhee Park received her Ph.D. from Rutgers University, where she studied brain transcriptome changes related to the circadian clock and aging using zebrafish as an animal model. Her research and teaching interests focus on exploring the molecular pathways underlying brain changes in aging and neurodegenerative diseases. One of her key research areas is brain transcriptome analysis, aiming to uncover how global mRNA changes and the molecular signaling associated with these changes contribute to brain function.
Outside of class, she enjoys family activities such as video games, tennis, and inline skating!
