Jennifer Bergen

Biography

Jennifer is an accomplished editor, producer, and storyteller with over three decades of experience in film and television. While her focus has been primarily rooted in the music industry her body of work spans network programming, documentaries, commercials, music videos, trailers, sporting events, live award shows, and corporate presentations. She has collaborated with industry leaders such as MTV, CMT, Netflix, PBS, ESPN, CBS Sports, Toyota, Pepsi, The Tennessee Titans, The Nashville Predators, and HCA Healthcare.

A proud Kentucky native, Jennifer’s passion for film and television started in a high school production class, propelling her to earn a BA in Television Production from Western Kentucky University.  She spent the first fifteen years of her career as a staff editor for TNN and CMT followed by twenty plus years as a successful freelance editor. Jennifer continues her freelance work in Nashville while serving as a Lecturer at Belmont University in the Film, TV, and Media Production department, recognized by Variety Magazine as one of North America’s Top 20 Film Schools.

When not in the editing bay or the classroom, Jennifer enjoys hiking, watching movies, puzzles, and spending time with her family.
