Biography

Annie Price is an Emmy-winning broadcast journalist, documentary director, writer, and producer who has worked on some of the most iconic programs in television.

For nearly two decades, Annie has served as a showrunner and executive producer for networks and streamers including ABC, Warner/Discovery, Lifetime, TLC, OWN, and Facebook.  She was a senior producer for The Oprah Winfrey Show in Chicago, where she produced and directed Ms. Winfrey personally on many of her highest profile episodes and network specials.  Her additional talk show credits include Red Table Talk, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Dr. Phil, and the syndicated pop-culture daily news show Hollywood Today Live.  Her numerous docuseries showrunner credits include titles in the music, celebrity, food, lifestyle and transformation spaces including serving as Executive Producer of the classic A&E docuseries Intervention.

Annie began her career as a TV news reporter and anchor for ABC and NBC network affiliates in Boise, Spokane, Portland, and Nashville covering crime, politics, and human-interest stories.  She later transitioned into music and entertainment production as Director of Video Production for Warner Bros. Records Nashville, where she produced over 75 music videos as part of the artist development and marketing teams.

In addition to her television achievements, Annie has won multiple film festival awards for both documentary and scripted comedy shorts.  As a member of the Director’s Guild of America and represented by United Talent Agency, Annie continues to develop documentary projects that delve into compelling real-world stories. She is passionate about channeling her extensive industry experience into teaching and mentoring students as they prepare to enter the ever-evolving media landscape.
