About the Episode
Join Belmont University President Dr. Greg Jones as he leads important conversations with various guests who demonstrate what it means to live with hope and hear the lessons they have picked up along their unique, individual journeys.
The first two episodes will be released Oct. 2 in conjunction with the University’s annual Hope Summit, featuring former Governors Bill Haslam and Phil Bredesen on Episode 1 and Annie F. Downs & Kelli Haywood on Episode 2.
Seeking to illuminate the transformative power of hope in our lives, The Hope People will feature thought-provoking discussions and heartfelt stories, with new episodes releasing every other Wednesday through January. Dr. Jones and his esteemed guests will share insights, wisdom and experiences that inspire listeners to find hope, even when facing extreme obstacles.
The lineup of guests for the inaugural season of the podcast includes an impressive array of leaders, artists and changemakers:
