Facilities Management Services (FMS) supports Belmont University programs and mission through responsible day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance of campus buildings, infrastructure and grounds on the main
campus, Ocean Way recording studio, 34 Music Square East and Rose Park.
FMS manages over $300 million in physical assets with an eye on efficiency, quality and sustainability. These services are performed by the four operating entities within FMS.

Location
Facilities Management Services Department is located two blocks south of the main campus at 1508 Delmar Blvd. This location is on the corner of 15th Avenue South and Delmar Blvd across the street from Belmont Commons. Our front door faces 15th Avenue and our back door remains locked. There is parking for visitors in front of the building.

Hours:
FMS offices are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. After hours requests should be called in to Campus Security at (615)460-6617.
